PELATIHAN DAN PENDAMPINGAN PENGUATAN KAPASITAS ASN DALAM PENERAPAN GOOD GOVERNANCE DI KOTA PONTIANAK
Abstract
Pengabdian masyarakat ini menitikberatkan pada peningkatan kemampuan Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) dalam mengimplementasikan asas-asas Pemerintahan yang Baik di Pontianak melalui program pembinaan dan pendampingan. Inisiatif ini didasari oleh urgensi peningkatan mutu manajemen pemerintahan lokal, terutama dalam menghadapi berbagai tantangan kontemporer seperti era digital, perubahan lingkungan, dan fluktuasi sosio-ekonomi. Metodologi yang diterapkan menggabungkan beragam konsep terkini, mencakup Pembelajaran Kolaboratif, Pemikiran Desain, Kepemimpinan Adaptif, Pembelajaran Campuran, Pembelajaran Aksi, Pengembangan Kepemimpinan Etis, Pembelajaran Mikro, Praktik Berbasis Bukti, dan Komunitas Praktisi. Rangkaian kegiatan meliputi sesi pelatihan intensif, lokakarya, bimbingan lapangan, dan forum diskusi yang didesain untuk memperdalam wawasan dan meningkatkan kompetensi PNS dalam menerapkan prinsip-prinsip keterbukaan, pertanggungjawaban, keterlibatan publik, dan optimalisasi. Hasil program menunjukkan kemajuan berarti dalam pemahaman dan penerapan konsep Pemerintahan yang Baik oleh PNS Pontianak. Terdapat indikasi perubahan positif dalam kualitas layanan publik, efektivitas pengelolaan keuangan, dan keterbukaan terhadap partisipasi warga. Para PNS memperlihatkan peningkatan kesadaran akan fungsi mereka dalam mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintahan yang terbuka dan bertanggung jawab. Meski demikian, beberapa kendala seperti keengganan terhadap perubahan dan keterbatasan sumber daya masih perlu ditangani melalui pendampingan berkelanjutan dan dukungan kebijakan yang sesuai. Pengaruh program ini tidak hanya terbatas pada peningkatan kapabilitas individu PNS, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada perubahan etos kerja di lingkungan pemerintahan Pontianak.
