Optimalisasi Produksi Dan Pemasaran Kopi Petik Merah (Koperah) Pada Kelompok Wanita Tani Kota Pagar Alam
Abstract
This study aims to optimize the production and marketing of Red Picked Coffee (KOPERAH) managed by the Women Farmers Group in Pagar Alam City. The main problems faced are low production process efficiency, limited production technology, and lack of broad market access. The research methods used include needs analysis, design, mentoring and implementation, partner participation in implementation, evaluation, and sustainability. The results show that increasing red picked coffee production through the application of technology and product packaging with smart packaging can increase sales value by up to 25%. Recommended marketing strategies include branding based on the unique taste of Pagar Alam coffee, utilizing digital media, and strengthening distribution networks with business partners. This optimization is expected to increase product competitiveness, expand market share, and support the economic empowerment of Women Farmers Group members.
